By accessing or using ServDock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ServDock is an online scheduling and booking platform that allows service providers to manage appointments, accept bookings, and process payments.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. ServDock is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ServDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
